SHIPPING, RETURNS, & REFUNDS POLICIES

SHIPPING

​

We are excited to offer free shipping to all orders within Canada!

In the event that an address is considered remote, additional shipping costs may be required. We will contact our customers by email to inform them prior to shipping.

​

We also offer free shipping to the United States on all orders that are $100+!

For orders under $100, the standard shipping is $15. Additional charges may apply to addresses in U.S. Territories, such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samao, Guam, and Northern Mariana Islands. We will contact our customers by email to inform them prior to shipping.

RETURNS

​

Our returns, refunds, and exchange policies are applicable to purchases for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

​

To be eligible for a return, items must be clean, unused, unworn, in the same condition that they were received, and must have the hang tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as protein powder, pre-workout, or other supplement or food related products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or are considered sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Health and personal care items

 

To return an item, firstly contact us at support@xset.ca and we will send you instructions, after which you should mail the item(s) to: Northtown Mall P.O. Box 71162, Edmonton, AB, T5E 6J8, Canada.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or to XSET, before contacting us to avoid any delays or loss of item.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Customers should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

​

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (normally 3-5 business days), depending on any statuary or banking holidays.

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund within 3-5 business days, firstly review your method of payment account again for any pending transactions. If you have still not received your refund after 5 business days, excluding statuary and banking holidays, please contact us at: support@xset.ca to inquire.

 

 EXCHANGES

 

We normally only offer item exchanges if they are received defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item but in a different size, send us an email at support@xset.ca. After receiving notice from us, send your item to: Northtown Mall P.O. Box 71162, Edmonton, AB, T5E 6J8, Canada.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.

 

Please note that all items mailed are inspected for damage or defects by our team, prior to being sent to our customers.  

 

 

FINAL SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS

 

Only regular priced and regular sale items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

 

PRE-ORDERS

​

Kindly note, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. However, we would gladly allow the purchase dollar amount to be applied to another item(s) of your choice, which is in stock or arriving sooner.

 

 

GIFT CARDS

 

Gift cards are credit items, and cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. Valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
